Not once, but twice, we have had the absolute pleasure to work with Georgia Geminder, the founder of Gem, to design and build yet another truly stunning website and help push and refine their online journey. Our first project with Gem was launching their original Shopify website in late 2020. As the business grew at such a rapid rate through 2021 it was apparent that the Gem brand also outgrew the brand visual and digital direction and therefore needed to be revised and refined.



The Journey.

We started our journey with a full audit of the brands digital makeup. Once we confidently established the strengths and weaknesses we started to piece together the new online visual direction for the brand. By recognising the elements that were disconnected from the Gem vision, we were able to develop and refine new areas that would outline and support the future growth planned for the business.

Gem is seen as the Mecca of oral care brands. With a refined colour palette, new font system and digital guidelines, Gem is uniformed, elevated and curated in every corner of their digital space. The website hosts a ‘build your own subscription’ areas that is completely custom designed and coded, a feature that outspeaks their competitors will carry the brand into the future of their online retail space
