HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
BOOK YOUR SPOT IN OUR CALENDAR
To accommodate your timeline, we provide designated days for product photography. Secure your preferred slot by booking through our calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling. A booking/deposit fee is kindly requested to secure your spot and your first hour of production with us.
STEP 2
CONSULTATION CALL
You will receive a pre-production consultation call to discuss the finer details of your photoshoot. This will include backdrops, lighting style, props, image quantity and a final cost for your photoshoot. If the cost exceeds your budget, your deposit payment may be refunded if you wish.
STEP 3
WE UNDERSTAND YOUR BRAND
As branding experts, we get the importance of ensuring your photographs are ‘on brand’ for you. we are meticulous with sourcing and styling your precious products so they align with the bigger vision of your brand.
STEP 4
DROP OFF OR MAIL YOUR PRODUCTS
Simply drop off or mail your products to our Collingwood Studio, the creative heart of Melbourne, at least 3 business days before your photoshoot. On return of your products, we can mail back, drop off or leave them for collection… always TBC.
STEP 5
WE WORK OUR MASTERY
Leave it in our hands as it’s time for us to craft pixel-perfection for your cherished product. Although this is a closed set day, rest assured that everything will be flawless. We’ll only reach out if we have any questions, but our meticulous planning ensures a smooth process without interruptions.
STEP 6
FILE DELIVERY
After capturing your products, we’ll promptly share a comprehensive image library for your review. Following this, you have the opportunity to handpick your favourite shots for retouching, with the final retouched images delivered within 7 business days from your selection date.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Say farewell to studio headaches and photo shoot logistics! With our regular e-commerce product photography service, we, Malone.Co, the agency renowned for talent, expertise, and craft in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, bring you high-end product shots without the stress.
01 | Secure your spot:
Simply secure your spot in our books with a deposit payment of $350. This also covers your first hour on set so you’ll only be charged for the remaining time.
NOTE: Each photoshoot is unique to the brand, so we will confirm the total time expected in our pre-production call. Refunds are available if cost/time exceeds your budget ????
02 | Pre-Production consultation call:
We will arrange a call to discuss all the finer details of your photoshoot, including, style, tone, product quantity, deliverables, final cost etc.
03 | Deliver your precious goods:
Deliver or mail your products to us at our studio:

04 | Malone.Co Magic happens:
We will follow our agreed brief capturing multiple shots of your products…sending you some BTS along the way!
05 | Photo library selection:
You’ll receive a link to all the images from the day where you can select your favourite shots for us to meticulously retouch.
06 | Photo delivery:
Your final photography will be ready to use within 7 business days of the image selection.
BONUS!
You will always have access to the full library of images and can request extra photos to be retouched at any time, with a small retouching fee.
PRICES
Booking Fee:
We request a $350 booking/deposit fee which secures your spot in our calendar + covers the first hour of your production time.
We will discuss the full cost in our consultation call…if the cost exceeds your budget, refunds of your deposit are available, no strings attached ????
Image cost/deliverables:
For every hour we photograph, you receive between 3-5 meticulously retouched photos. As every photoshoot is different, we will confirm this quantity in our consultation call.
If you need more photos weeks to months post-photoshoot.
It’s not a problem! these are available at $50 per retouched image.
TIMEFRAME
Beyond the hustle, we carve out dedicated post-photoshoot moments to finesse and perfect your images. Within 7 business days of your selection, we deliver your e-commerce visuals, each one a carefully crafted masterpiece.
