The owners of Melbourne Shoot Location approached us with one simple request: “We need a website that shows our home so people can book it for photo and video shoots.”
Simple on the surface, but bringing that vision to life required three key components. First, a brand identity — logo, colour palette and typography — that gave the space its own distinctive presence. Then, a considered photoshoot to capture the home, its light, atmosphere and versatility. Finally, we brought it all together in an easy-to-navigate website designed to showcase the spaces and help potential clients imagine what’s possible.

Our Approach
A space is more than what you see; it’s how it makes you feel.
Before we picked up a camera, we spent time with Mish and Colin in their home, talking through the spaces they wanted to highlight, the best light throughout the day and how they wanted their brand to be known. Being in the space gave us a feel for the details, atmosphere and personality that photographs alone can’t always capture.
Because online, their audience can’t hear the sounds, feel the light or experience the mood of the space for themselves. Our job was to translate that feeling into imagery — creating a digital experience that feels as considered, warm and inviting as being there in person.
